River Relax, LDA is the owner of this website and, unless expressly stated otherwise, of all its content, protected under national and international intellectual property laws. By accessing and using this website, the user agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Customer and User Obligations

The Customer and the User must comply with and respect these general conditions. In particular, they agree to:

  • Not upload, store, or distribute through the website any defamatory, obscene, offensive, xenophobic, or otherwise unlawful content that violates general legal principles and public order.

  • Keep their password secure and not disclose it, preventing third parties from accessing their River Relax, LDA account.

  • Not use false identities.

  • Provide accurate personal data and addresses so that River Relax, LDA can properly process orders.

2. Customer Account and Personal Data

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to River Relax, LDA and agrees to promptly update any changes in their Registration Account.

River Relax, LDA declines any responsibility for delays or inability to process an order, including delivery, resulting from incorrect or insufficient information provided by the Customer.

3. Data Privacy and Security

Data collected on this website is intended for order processing, customer communication, handling information requests and complaints, statistical analysis, and direct marketing purposes.

River Relax, LDA ensures the confidentiality of all customer data and collects and processes it securely, adopting adequate measures to prevent loss or misuse. However, collection over an open network may allow personal data to circulate without security, risking unauthorized access or use.

Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to their data. To be removed from the database, please contact us through the usual channels.

4. Communications and Marketing

The Customer expressly authorizes River Relax, LDA to send information about products and services that may be of interest, using personal data for direct marketing via any communication channel, including email, SMS, MMS, or automated calls. River Relax, LDA does not sell or share its customer database with third parties.

5. Order Processing and Transaction Proof

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these General Conditions. Data recorded by River Relax, LDA constitutes proof of all transactions between River Relax, LDA and the Customer. River Relax, LDA shall archive the electronic document formalizing the contract and keep it accessible.

After completing a purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If any data is incorrect, the Customer must request a correction or cancellation immediately.

River Relax, LDA only processes the order after payment confirmation and cannot guarantee product availability until processing begins.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page; you may also request this information. Delivery time includes estimated shipping plus transport time to the destination.

River Relax, LDA ships only on business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted for delivery, except in specific cases. Delivery dates are indicative; any delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.

7. In-Store Pickup

Orders may be picked up at our premises at no additional cost.

The Customer will be notified by email or phone when the order is ready for pickup. Products may be collected within 5 business days after notification.

8. Payments, Deadlines, and Cancellations

Failure to pay within 10 (ten) days from the order date will result in automatic cancellation.

9. Unavailability and Stock Shortages

If a product is unavailable or out of stock, the Customer will be informed of partial or total order cancellation and refunded the corresponding amount paid.

10. System Errors and Order Cancellation (Law No. 7/2004)

Under Law No. 7/2004, of January 7 (Electronic Commerce), River Relax, LDA reserves the right to unilaterally cancel an order in case of programming errors, system malfunctions, or if the contractual offer is received distorted and the error affects an essential element of the contract.
